Contra Costa Country Club is a private club serving over 500 members since 1925. We offer several amenities to our members including an 18-hole golf course, swimming pool, bocce courts and several events for our members to enjoy.

We are currently seeking servers for part-time positions.

SUMMARYThe Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to Members and guests, thus ensuring satisfaction and Member retention. They are responsible for greeting Members and guests promptly while always exhibiting a high level of hospitality. Servers must have a passion for hospitality and Member satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintain company service standards• Knowledge of the menu and various liquors, beer, and wines available by the Club• Accurately execute Member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion Clear and reset tables in bar area.• Present menus make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages and food.• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.• Be 18 years of age.• Complete opening and closing SOP’s to the club standard.• Clean and sanitize equipment and all Member/Guest areas.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Salary: $18.00 /hour - $19.00 /hour plus service charge
